SCOREBOARD MATH

Many young people struggle to learn math, for two main reasons: 

1. It’s difficult.

2. It’s hard to imagine the “real life” uses of math, which leads to a lack of motivation. 

 

Scoreboard Math aims to address this issue by creating accessible, engaging content that frames math problems in a context that most young people are interested in: sports. 

 

Targeted towards higher elementary level students, we produce videos and other content that directly teach math, and also feature stories of working sports professionals who use math in their everyday life and career. 

 

In doing so, we hope to inspire and empower a generation of learners and athletes.
